Refund policy

Eligibility

Refunds are available when cancellation meets the timeframes below and the service has not been fully delivered. Consumer rights under mandatory German and EU law remain unaffected where applicable.

Timeframe — courses

• Full refund: written cancellation at least 14 days before the cohort start date, provided digital course materials have not been unlocked.
• Partial refund (50%): cancellation between 13 and 5 days before start, if fewer than two live sessions have occurred.
• No refund after the second live session or after downloadable templates for the cohort have been released, whichever comes first.

Timeframe — consulting (Clause Clinic, Policy Studio, Quarterly Desk)

• Clause Clinic: full refund if cancelled at least 3 business days before the scheduled session; otherwise the fee is due unless we cancel.
• Policy Studio: refund of unused weeks if cancelled in writing before the third working session, less a €250 administration fee.
• Quarterly Desk: cancellable with 30 days’ notice effective at quarter end; unused months within a prepaid quarter may be credited toward a future quarter within six months.

Non-refundable items

Third-party fees, completed one-to-one sessions already delivered, custom drafting already accepted by you, and seats substituted to another participant at your request are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email info@intelliworkhub.digital with your invoice number, service name, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 14 business days after approval. Bank transfer refunds may require IBAN confirmation.

Cancellation by Intelliworkhub

If we cancel a cohort or session, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra charge.

Exceptions

We may offer goodwill credits for documented serious illness or force majeure affecting attendance. Statutory withdrawal rights for consumers, where they apply to distance contracts, take precedence over this policy’s shorter business timelines.
